App was working fine before now it has completely stopped. Shopify is warning companies to remove it. Im going to wait for an email response afterpay or a phone call before giving up about what I should do.

It is very difficult to reach anyone in customer service, I've sent multiple help tickets and no response. Why is there no customer service number? I need to speak with someone, as soon as possible.

horrible I am not happy with this service at all! There is no chat option at all. No support! I am looking to cancel this asap!

Hi. Are you talking about chat service for getting an Afterpay merchant account or for Afterpay Attract (onsite messaging)? We do have chat for this onsite messaging app, but not for afterpay.com. Doesn't work for my store. Going round in circles with support for 6 months. "We can confirm that your account is currently undergoing compliance checks.
A member of our Compliance Team will be in contact shortly with the next steps via a separate email thread.
This case will be closed as you have reached out to the post-integration technical support."
"We've closed this support request. Your request was not able to be resolved today."

We've been with Afterpay for 2 years now. First year - no tax invoice form and no response from the company. This year a tax form was sent out and it was COMPLETELY INACCURATE! *update 3/21* Afterpay had a representative reach out to me, however, they seemed a bit more interested in having me update their app and less interested in the tax form concerns.

Terrible service. The app asked me to install and I did all the way to set up to messaging setup and add payment method it told me complete. Then to double check, i sent an email to check as when I tried to log into my afterpay account it said i didn't have one. contacted Afterpay got one reply saying they would look into it and then Nothing despite 5 or 6 emails

It took some time, but Afterpay was thorough and complete with my approval and setup. It's great being a part of their community.

I have tried to get this app up and running several times with no success. I get an email to login, then it says compliance review is still reviewing, even though i get emails to say review is completed and ready to install. until afterpay get their install / integration sorted I will give it a miss.
