Not only has Afterpay not worked for my customers which was totally embarrassing, I have not received help after submitting several tickets. Even the Shopify Team has been more responsive in trying to assist with the issue. The only thing that happens once a customer selects Afterpay and then click Complete Order is a flash back to the checkout page. It doesn’t redirect to Afterpay for them to complete the transaction. I left GoDaddy because they didn’t off Afterpay only to get to Shopify and not have Afterpay to work. I’m losing sales while Afterpay customer support fails to respond. It’s been 4 days so far and I will be going to a different pay in 4 app if not resolved in the next few days. At this time I’m highly disappointed and frustrated!

Support is almost non existent. The fees are far too high and there is no way in Shopify to pass those fees into the customer.

I've been in contact for almost 2 weeks with Afterpay. I never got a resolution to my problem and I still haven't received payment from afterPay. I've spoken to 3 representatives and still after almost 2 weeks the issue hasn't been resolved. I can't get a straight answer from anyone and I keep getting copy a paste responses. All I am needing is for them to make sure the payments are going to the right account, I've supplied all information that was requested and still nothing. I've now gone 3 days and still no update.
Terrible experience using this app - from the install to the uninstall, this was a nightmare and continues to plague my shop. I also had to pay a fee on a test charge which I am annoyed about. Even after uninstalling, the app continues to create rows of abandoned checkouts for no good reason. I wish i never installed. The customer service is slow and not very helpful. DO NOT INSTALL.

A nightmare ! Impossible to install ! I contacted Afterpay team several times. They doesn't answer.
