I genuinely don't think Patti could've made the process any easier. Incredibly polite, approachable and knowledgeable in regards to my questions and the set up process. This app is a top example of how the app should be managed. We've seen an honest and convincing ad on Reddit and decided to try it. once installed Piere helped us right away by asking several questions about our business, he assisted us to set up an intuitive funnel that would work for our brand the best. Now after half a month we have an addinional stream from the post-purchase funnel! We recommend this app to anyone who has a Shopify store, the support of this app is phenomenal!

The app is great and the customer support is really awesome! Most apps could not offer multiple products at checkout but this one did. I highly recommend them. Jalal was really helpful with setting up the app
The initial setup was a little confusing and a setting did not default to what I thought to be a standard setting. However, after getting in touch with Lillian, she was extremely helpful and even sent a video explaining the steps that needed to be taken to rectify my issue.
