Just got the app so not much to say about performance yet but the service is the best I've received from any app so far. Actually put me in touch with a guy who gave me detailed feedback on how to improve my upsell page for more conversions and implemented the changes for me! Legendary stuff. Now let's see if it works. (Suggestion: would be nice to have the option to sell more than one product on the upsell page. Say if you could pick a collection and the algorithm could show products that are converting the most as the upsell selection)

There is no way to cancel your subscription. If there is, they have not made it easy to locate. Beware of this ahead of time because it can cost you $799

Hi there, thanks for taking the time to share your thoughts. I wanted to clarify our pricing, I believe there may be a misunderstanding here!

To clarify, the app has a 30 day free trial and only has a charge for stores who have over 50 orders a month. Stores have to accept a usage charge of up to $799 but we will NEVER charge that amount unless you have over ~25000+ orders a month. The app is free for the vast majority of stores and scales up as orders increase ($9.99, $14.99, etc).

We also offer a fully free 30 day trial, and 5x ROI positive guarantee. That means if you do not get at least a 5x return on the app, reach out and we will refund all costs. Most merchants see over a 2000% ROI!

To cancel the subscription, the app should be uninstalled (no additional steps needed). Once it is uninstalled, the subscription is fully cancelled. Based on your feedback, we have introduced more support docs to clarify this!

Very much appreciated the easy onboarding experience -- it was a breeze. App is super easy to use, with video guide embedded in the setup flow. Customization and element styling is simple and straightforward. We've already seen a few upsells come through -- wonderful experience so far!

Orders through aftersell keep getting declined but processed. So orders are still being fulfilled, but no payment. A nightmare.

Hi there, I am terribly sorry this happened! This issue looks to be caused by a bug between Shopify and another app you're using. We do have a solution for this though to deal with this limitation. Can't speak to the performance yet (will be back to do so) but if its anything like the customer service and seamless integration, it will be exceptional. These guys go above and beyond from the first point of interaction. Looking forward to working with this product!
