I had a unique situation where I wanted the customer to choose a style AFTER the sale (Not necessarily an upsell although I will use that on different products). I chatted late at night and got an immediate response. We bounced ideas back and forth for 20 minutes and we were able to come up with a solution. I couldn't be more happy with the App and the customer service that came with it!
I just started using the app and I am already so impressed with the customer support that it's offered! Pierre helped me set up my first funnel by sending me a video of how he did it. He also gave me a couple of super helpful tips for which I'm incredibly grateful! Thank you so much, Pierre!
Haven't really used the app yet, but I just downloaded the app and had a lengthy and informative conversation with Patti with only a one minute wait. That's something you just don't see anymore. I can't vouch for the product, although it seems to speak for itself in that regard, but the customer support is stellar!
