I was very happy with this app until today.
The app is all of a sudden blank and not working from the back end and I cannot get hold of the support plus the in app chat does not work, since the app is not working. Very frustrating.
Hi there, I am sorry that this happened. We were in the process of updating to a new major release of the app, and there was a brief moment of downtime for the admin interface. We’ve tried reaching out through email and live chat a few times but have not heard back. Would love to help make this right!

Amazing customer service. The app is also very easy to use, you can set triggers and different templates for the "Thank you" page. Thank you guys for your great work!

Just starting using this app and so far very happy with how easy it is to set up and the set up videos as well. When I ran into some minor issues, customer service helped out to answer my concerns and knew exactly what changes needed to be made. I am excited to start seeing my AOV increase in the coming weeks.
Support has been amazing in helping get the app set up and working. Looking forward to using this across all of our websites and increasing the AOV! :)
I love that this app offers the buyer the opportunity to purchase an additional item in one click post purchase -- on the thank you page. The representative I worked with was intuitive enough to understand I was new at this and was amazing in bringing this to my attention in order to help increase sales.
This is a fantastic app. Pierre even helped me design an upsell page that tripled what I had done myself. I did this as a test on one store and now I'm starting to roll this out to my other stores!

Top notch app for post purchase upsells! Very seamless to get setup and clean design. Also have had an excellent time with the support the one time I needed it. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to bump up their AOV... which should be everyone!
