AfterSell Post Purchase Upsell

Even with minimal post purchase upsells setup, this app will potentially charge you hundreds of $ as it's pricing is based on TOTAL orders, not orders where the app is actually deployed. For us, the return on the investment was not worth it. It's a poor OCU app as their app engine often does not trigger the upsell funnel. When asking their support about it, they don't really have an answer as to why this occurs, other than 'extreme load' on the servers. I recommend going with one of the other upsell apps.

a bug with paypal orders come back to a page after payment where the upsell is added to order without customers consent, even was able to replicate it.

Please refund my money. This app charges customer twice every time. People started to advise their Bank it's a fraudulent. Not recommended. Please refund.

so confusing and they wont have a 15 min zoom call to optimize and setup. Really doesn't work. unless you have 3 hours to read blog on how to work it. We have been charged $54 for $100 worth of upsell - what a joke.

Our company has been paying for this app for a while and looking at the data it has done absolutely nothings for us. I feel like it is a waste of money and only really works for sites that sell items that are priced low.
