Great support from Mark, helped efficiently & quickly
Michelle from CS helped us out really well when we had questions around the implementation of the upsell on our Thank You page.
Always quick to reply and helpful. Never had an issue with the staff or the app so far, been using it for 6 months.

a bug with paypal orders come back to a page after payment where the upsell is added to order without customers consent, even was able to replicate it.

so confusing and they wont have a 15 min zoom call to optimize and setup. Really doesn't work. unless you have 3 hours to read blog on how to work it. We have been charged $54 for $100 worth of upsell - what a joke.
Great app that is easy to install. The onboarding and support is extremely helpful. One of the best no-brainer apps we've installed yet. Shoutout to Landon for going above and beyond.
I was trying to find a solution online for over an hour without any luck. When I reached out for help, I received a quick reply suggesting to revert back through Shopify settings > checkout.
