AfterSell Post Purchase Upsell

I'm going from 5 stars to 2 stars because it never worked, in 3 days the upsells were only displayed for 1 customer and on top of that, the pixel didn't even detect this sale. Customer service, apart from Patti, is extremely slow and bland... None of my requests, however simple, were resolved and these 3 days of using this app were enough to reduce my ROAS from 2.11 to 1.32... and I really regret ...

Overall, the application is "ok".

If I put 2 stars it's because the application crashes constantly and hours of work on the funnels are lost for NO REASON!

I was very happy with this app until today.
The app is all of a sudden blank and not working from the back end and I cannot get hold of the support plus the in app chat does not work, since the app is not working. Very frustrating.

There is no way to cancel your subscription. If there is, they have not made it easy to locate. Beware of this ahead of time because it can cost you $799
