Our company has been paying for this app for a while and looking at the data it has done absolutely nothings for us. I feel like it is a waste of money and only really works for sites that sell items that are priced low.
Please refund my money. This app charges customer twice every time. People started to advise their Bank it's a fraudulent. Not recommended. Please refund.

In regards to having the customer charged twice... It sounds like your customers may be getting offered the same product they've already purchased.
This may cause confusion, causing the customer to believe you're offering a discount on their existing purchase rather than adding an additional item to the order.
To prevent this confusion, we recommend:
1. Changing the text in the offer to emphasize an additional product is being added
2. Ensure your CTA button's text makes it clear a purchase is being made (i.e. "Buy Now", "Add Product to Order")
If confusion continues after this, we recommend ensuring the upsell product being offered is not a product already contained in the order.

so confusing and they wont have a 15 min zoom call to optimize and setup. Really doesn't work. unless you have 3 hours to read blog on how to work it. We have been charged $54 for $100 worth of upsell - what a joke.
AI robot support and they haven't upgraded to the new shopify extension.

Deduct the money without my knowledge。
We were charged $14.99 for uninstalling the app during the trial period, after we felt it did nothing for our store, and it did nothing... complete unfair deceptive acts by the app owner... I'll be filing a complaint with Shopify
