Great communication with the support team (the chatbot will almost immediately connect you to a human, THANK YOU)
The app is very easy to use and I like the idea itself about after-purchase upsell.
You need to put some effort into the strategic thinking. But if you don't have time for this, you can use the pre-designed funnel.
