I am having A LOT of people reach out to tell me a product was placed on their order that they did not pick

Patti was AMAZING - so helpful and patient. She even sent quick step-by-step videos to help explain things. However, updating to a new version is tedious, time-consuming, and frustrating - it requires setting up all of the upsells again (triggers and products). The update should have the option to migrate settings to the new version.
