I’ve had an amazing experience with AfterSell Post Purchase Upsell! The app itself is fantastic, but what truly stood out was the incredible support from the team—especially Jacinda. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was set up smoothly and answered all my questions with patience and expertise. Dom was also great, providing helpful insights along the way.

So they did act really quick in solving the issue's at hand and now we are back up and running pretty quickly. 10/10 for how quickly they reacted and we are happy to say the app is working properly again.

Old review:
No communication about the app literally being broken by the new Shopify checkout.

Lost revenue and now it doesn't even work.

I had a fantastic experience with AfterSell and their support team, especially Dom! I was setting up an upsell offer and ran into a couple of challenges regarding product images and replacing an existing order with an upgraded variant. Dom was incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and patient, providing clear guidance and multiple solutions to help me get everything set up properly.

What really stands out about AfterSell is the sheer number of customizations available right out of the box. The platform is incredibly flexible, allowing for tailored upsell strategies that fit different business needs. On top of that, the support team provides helpful insights into how Shopify’s payment gateways work with post-purchase upsells, ensuring everything runs smoothly.

Great app and even better support!

Aftersell has been a great addition to our Shopify Plus store. The app works smoothly, and the extra sales we’re generating from post-purchase offers are a big win. But what really stood out was the amazing support — we had a couple of questions during setup and the Aftersell team helped us quickly and thoroughly. Super friendly, fast, and professional. Highly recommended!

I heard good things about AfterSell, but my experience with their support team has been enough of a turnoff that we won't be using the app anymore and will look for alternative solutions. Support responses are clearly AI generated yet they deny it. I waited 3 months for their engineers to fix my issue ultimately with no resolution, even though they confirmed it was happening on other stores too, not just ours. Their support team was never straightforward and only started to work on the issue once I copied my sales rep. The search for a good app continues!

Been using the post-purchase funnels for a month or so. It was easy to set up. Relatively good customization options. Support was reasonably quick. Already seeing positive results.

Pierre was super helpful and found a solution for us to be able to have post purchase upsells on our site, when initially it would have been impossible due to a third party software we have that was interfering.

Patti was AMAZING - so helpful and patient. She even sent quick step-by-step videos to help explain things. However, updating to a new version is tedious, time-consuming, and frustrating - it requires setting up all of the upsells again (triggers and products). The update should have the option to migrate settings to the new version.
