Great app. Works well and has helped increase AOV.
Also, had an issue that wasn't the easiest to solve but Armon and Brandon took the extra time to help resolve it. Really impressed with their support and willingness to help solve it to the end.
I was charged $149.99 USD because my store grew, yet Aftersell actually generated less revenue than the previous period.
So I’m paying more for worse performance.
There was no warning about the price increase, and no improvement on their end to justify it.
They’re simply charging more because my store grew, not because they delivered more value. Ridiculous.
Aftersell has been an outstanding partner for our team. The customer service and overall responsiveness are top-tier, and the team is always proactive and available to support us whenever needed.
A special mention to Sharon, who has been an incredible Account Manager, always attentive, strategic, and genuinely invested in our success. Also, Justin deserves recognition for carefully listening to our requirements and consistently turning them into real, effective solutions.
