This app does a lot and it is really great to be able to upsell people at the point after they have made a purchase, rather than before which could actually result in orders being cancelled. The only issue with the app is that it is not terribly intuitive and there are some things you just wouldn't be able to work out without consulting the help desk. I have to say that the help desk team are very helpful and have resolved every question that I have had to my compete satisfaction. I'd really recommend this app as the best one to increase average order, it can take a little while to get your head around it, but it's worth it.

This app just works. When it doesn't on the first try, the support team is always there to steer me in the correct direction. There has not been issue that was not a user (my) error and they've helped me fix quickly.

Product and Support both get 5 stars.
