Great app, free plan is customizable, customer support is very reactive!

AVOID - This doesn't work with AliExpress and support is useless. Standard AliExpress shipping was synced correctly but AfterShip still wouldn't show any details. Contacted support on 'live' chat and they asked a random question every 30mins until they gave up and blamed the courier. Terrible, terrible experience. Don't waste your time.

I use this app to track orders for my online store. The online support is very helpful especially if you are a beginner. It integrated easily with my store and it's not hard to use. If you get stuck I had support straight away.
I honestly don't know how anyone can run any online business without it! it's a tool that is growing and I'm almost sure will be a common brand name everyone in the world will know like UPS and FedEx
He removed the Aftership branding from the footer of my tracking page.
It was quick and easy to resolve.
It is very helpful if your want to keep track of all the shippings and increase your on time delivery rate.

It's great to offer order tracking on our web site. I use Premium with customized notification emails but I really miss that I couldn't give it a test ride before going live.
