It is a very good app if you are beginning with your company. Very easy to work with! For a beginning company I would really recommend this. If I am having more sales, then I will review again about this amazing app! For now, I need to go sell some products
Good customer service, but it is a little bit confusing and time consuming to set up tracking page. Need to have tutorial videos to better help customers set up tracking page.

i am new to shopify tho.. i have not made any sales yet but from what i have seen on earth aftership and shopify work hand in hand nd i hope the tracking is automated to my customers

Useful app to encourage people of the safety of a store, free plan available. easy to add to your website.
Have to sync with Oberlo. Added tracking info there and it didn't sync to your application. This needs to be done ASAP.
assez compliquée a prendre en main tout n'est pas bien détailler, mais le SAV et très réactif et règle vos problème rapidement

Great product, downside is that I use Oberlo to fulfill my orders, and as a result the shipping carrier is set to "Other" which does not play well with AfterShip. I use Shopify's built in emails for fulfillment, and I use aftership for delivery notifications. So I need it to be Other to send the client the correct aftership tracking URL.
