AfterShip Order Tracking

The app is great, the one thing I find confusing is the Tracking, Returns, and Shipping plans. It would be easier to manage if they were linked together. But the more we use the app, the more we understand how to use it.

In the returns section, when you have label generation turned on, it would be a helpful feature to allow an approval of a return, but not be forced to generate a label (example Green Returns).

Past customer service chats were not the most helpful, but the most recent one I was able to video call and share screens, and that was very helpful as typing technical issues can be challenging.

Overall I really like this app.

Great App for Shopify, useful and essential for any business.

An absolute stunner of an app. It can automatically import all your shipments,
give your customers the ability to track products and its FREE. Great life saver :D

This is an awesome app that made our busy lifes So much easier. I think every shop owner should have it and see this as a must have! Not sure why it's not implanted in the standard Shopify?

Just started using it, it is a good service. And plus point is it is free for 100 order monthly limit, good for starters. Recommend using AfterShip.

Easy to get set up and great way to keep customers informed. Ability to tailor and customize notifications is perfect!

J'ai eu besoin d'aide pour configurer l'appli sur mon site et le service d'aide est très réactif et aimable . Il n'hésite à faire des copies d'écran pour que l'aide soit la plus compréhensible possible !! je recommande !
