Customer service was really great ! Fast communication and great service ! I needed help removing the watermark on my tracking page , and guided me through the entire thing .

Only works with USPS. The orders get sync with Deutsche Post, but the status remains "pending". Useless for any one outside of the US.

Really happy with this app, quick and friendly support and an easy to navigate interface. It's let us create a uniquely branded courier updates page, plus lets us track which shipments are running late.
Customer service support was very responsive and helpful. I was able to get my issue resolved right away.
Summary
This app gives us the option to use a store branded tracking service.
The good
It supports a lot of couriers. It syncs. It has an app. It is affordable. And it is everything that you want it to be.
The bad
Delayed by 12-24 hours.
And some couriers from aliexpress are not supported.
Overall
It is good. I am using it right now. :)
