Sonalli was amazing through the onboarding process and made it so quick and easy. Helped me find all the necessary links to edit my shipping page and remove the branding.
I had issues initially with syncing orders to the correct carrier. A few of the sttaff were unable to help me but eventually I was talking with Pratibha Singh and she fixed it all. Her boss should give her a payrise. App is working well for now. Thanks.

Excellent app for any small business
This company falsely advertises "Auto Label Generation" to be included with the PRO level plan. This is a lie. This feature only works when you purchase an additional monthly subscription to their Postmen app, which is an additional $89/month.

The app isn't tracking correctly my orders.
Is showing tracking information for a tracking X in the tracking Y! My customers are going crazy, because it's showing that the orders was delivered (in another state) but it wasn't.
Iv'e connected my store to this app. a total of 4 times it stayed connected until i had an order and i had to enter the customer info to the app. what's the point... when i needed help again from support that took 4 days and i'm still waiting, everything with support takes a long time to resolve just a waste of time...don't believe all those 5 star reviews, i would not recommend to anyone, i found a much better app.
