Fabulous app. Works out of the box and for the non-US carriers that I've used. Performs well and support is great too.

It is currently the best tracking application for Shopify. We have tried many others, and we decided to use this for all our shipping.
Our customers love being about to keep track of where their package is, it helps build the anticipation of the product arriving and improves their experience while at the same time cutting down on customer serve inquiries on the status of their order. No brainer, install it.

Great app! Their customer support answered me quickly and precisely. They cover Correios of Brazil and they are willing to accept integration with other courriers upon request. The system works on "install and forget" mode, but you can also edit the e-mails and monitor all your shipment status from the dashboard page.
We love this app, gives the customer more confidence about delivery and cuts down incoming phone calls.
Outstanding, This app works great without me having to do anything, Should really cut down on the annoying "Where's My order?" Calls, The support on this app is great very quick to respond to question , issues and requests.

A "wow" app. We sell on multiple marketplaces in addition to Shopify and our customer ratings have lately said things like "the best communication I ever had."
We all experience lost packages. They become costly when we have to overnight a replacement. Aftership catches problems and alerts you and (optionally) the customer.
One suggestion to make a great app even better -- when a shipment expires, or if there is no scan on a new order within a set period (1-2 days), maybe send a "watch list" to the store owner just as a heads up that there might be trouble ahead.
Can't say enough good things about this app and the service I received when I initially had questions.
