I have used the app now for 6 orders and it works great. Easy to install and great support videos on how it works and configurations.
Great app overall needs some improvements, but does the job for tracking customers packages on your site. Does everything you'd expect from a major shippers tracking apps. Very well done app we are happy with it on our store. inflatablefunwarehouse.com
Ankit helped explain which merge tag I should use in my email notifications, and he also offered to remove the AfterShip branding free of charge since I am an established customer, no upgrades necessary!
Aftership has been fundamental in my business growth. With a new business like mines, sometimes it's very hard to find help or guidance. I would like to thank the Aftership team for the excellent support.
I'm still learning to use this app, but until now I'm happy with the same. I just want to automate the return and exchange process. To save some time it is best to use something like this. So, now I just have to click some options and done.
I am just discovering the application but it has many interesting features. Like the notification system or the customizable tracking page. I'm looking forward to see in the long run.

Great app! When couldn’t locate a package for our customer, AfterShip was our hero, allowing us to get an update in mere moments. I only wish they offered the option to send that update to customer without having to have a paid plan. Once we get more sales we will definitely be updating. This is a must have tool for all Shopify merchants.

I don't understand why Aftership won't sync tracking outside of the 3 days windows. If is it a pricing issue, they should have just charge accordingly.
Easy to use, set it and forget it. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 stars is because you cannot pay with American Express on a recurring basis.
