I have just installed it today and looking forward to seeing it work. The support desk was very helpful helping me set up the app

I have to say that customer service is brilliant and extremely skilled. I had an opportunity to get help to fix an issue I had and they solved it quickly, and a top of that, Javid was so nice and good to me! Thank You and I recommend everyone.

I am testing this app and I chatted with Debashish from Customer Service to understand some of the features. He took his time to explain everything to me. He was very knowledgable of AfterShip platform. I feel more confident now to use this platform. Great Job

I just started using the service but so far it seems great. The tracking I received from the vendors I was using before was so limiting. Its much more detailed with aftership and I like that I can text customers every step of the way. The customer service has been helpful and fast too.

I use this app, because one of my friends was tel me that is very easy. I would like to be a expert of this application, to reconcile other people to use
