I just started using this app, and realized how bad is mobile version and they encourage people to go outside your website and download/use their app and website to track their order. This ecouragement was a YELLOW big button on top of TRACKING section so it blocks your customer by using your website section.
Again, this is a very bad bug I found from Mobile version.
Another thing is I just realized they MAY charge you $1 for your free subscription?!
I won't recommend this app. these things are behind we(dropshippers) back!!

Didn't work. Support agent advised to wait for 3 hours, still did not work. It wasted my time. I don't recommend.

Support team is so bad. Most of the time they will forget to reply on their live chat system. You will ask a question and they'll say 'Let me check' and then leave you on read for hours. The support team is not trained at all for technical issues or questions. Really bad value for money.

THE ASKING PRICE FOR THIS APP IS $9 - $599.99 A MONTH.
AND YET I CANT FIND A GOOD YOUTUBE VIDEO FROM THIS COMPANY EXPLAINING HOW TO USE THIS APP PROPERLY. THINK ABOUT THAT FOR A SECOND!!

YOU WOULD EXPECT FOR THAT SORT OF PRICE TAG AT LEAST A 30 MINUTE INTRODUCTION VIDEO EXPLAINING ALL THE FEATURES OF THIS APP AND ANOTHER 30 MINUTE FULL STEP BY STEP WALK-THROUGH VIDEO ON HOW TO INTEGRATE THIS APP INTO YOUR SHOPIFY STORE. THAT IS FAR FROM THE CASE HERE.

INSTEAD YOU NEED TO GO THROUGH THE PAIN STAKING PROCESS OF FIGURING IT OUT YOURSELF WITHOUT ANY SOLID GUIDANCE FROM THIS COMPANY.

WHY WOULD ANYBODY PAY $599.99 A MONTH FOR AN APP WITHOUT THIS IS BEYOND MY UNDERSTANDING.
HOW DID THIS COMPANY RACKUP OVER 2900 POSITIVE REVIEWS WITHOUT PROPER APP INSTRUCTIONS THIS IS ALSO BEYOND MY UNDERSTANDING.

FOR THAT REASON I DON'T FEEL THAT I CAN MAKE THE MOST USE OF THIS APP AND THEREFORE WONT PAY A PENNY FOR AN APP THAT I DON'T FULLY UNDERSTAND. DECIDED TO UNINSTALL IT AND SAVE MYSELF TIME AND MENTAL ENERGY TO FOCUS ON OTHER THINGS.

O aplicativo parece bom! mas não tem opção em português na versão free, ou seja, os emails de notificação estão em inglês e não da para editar ao menos o texto.

BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!!!

This app does not work. Simple as that. The emails that it sends to your customer look like they were written by a three year old, and the links that it includes in the body of the email have a typo that sends your customer to a 404 page. Same issue with the tracking links that it posts to your customer's order information on your store. The setup videos are for an earlier version of the app, and are no help to setup the complicated code revisions that are required to get even the smallest amount of functionality out of this app. I wrestled with the code of this app for almost an hour before I realized that even if I were able to modify it enough to make it work even a little bit, it would never provide the full functionality that it promised. I promptly uninstalled it and politely requested a refund for my subscription that they force you to pay if you want to get "full functionality" out of the app. The free trial version is extremely limited it what it can do, and even the few options that it provides are only semi-funtional. My refund request was denied. Their reasoning for not refunding a full month subscription that was used for less than an hour and did nothing more than send several unprofessional and useless emails to each of my customers over the last 3 days was: "Our system does not allow us to refund for the plan you have already choose because it is now a subscription plan." So download this app with caution.

There any many other apps out there with better tracking, and much lower monthly costs.

Stay away from this one, it's a complete waste of money

Not good. Wouldn't let me past the first registration screen. All fields filled out correctly but then program just stops. Bit buggy for me and just makes me nervous if they can't make the install process simply and easy. Keep working on it guys. disapointed!
