Very cool app! Easy to install, use and interpret delivery data off. The free integrated online tracking function is also a 'winner' for customer service + time saving...and the notification side; well that just makes order delivery that much easier!

I've been using this app for a few years and it's brilliant. Its the only app I've found that really does do the Customer Service stuff for you. No more 'wheres my order' emails!! I suspended my store for a while and removed the app. I've recently re-started the store and am bombarded with emails again! I just remembered why and have re-added the app and its now even better! I would highly reccomend this app to anyone shipping orders!

The app is user-friendly. And it has a very good dedicated support team. The support person, Sonali, was knowledgeable in her field and was able to give a quick resolution. She was able to understand what I'm asking for. Appreciate the overall app design and support team. Would definitely recommend it!
