This is by far the best Shipping Tracking app for you and your customers. Its so easy to use and connects with Shopify seamlessly! The best part is the branded tracking page, it looks so nice you can add your logo, links, products and instagram feed and more. Highly recommend! Thanks.

Service client très bien : disponible, rapide pour répondre Par contre les notifications d'email de fonctionnent pas. Notamment la première INFO RECEIVED qui est remplacé par la notif Shopify par défaut

Thanks for your valuable feedback. Kindly note that if you enable the notifications then it will not send notifications for previously added tracking number notifications will be sent for the newly added tracking numbers.

Had some issues with ap but solved after I contacted customer support. They do resolve your issues just be patient and considerate! I give it four stars because I think they should be a bit more transparent about their plans and the cost. My advice would be to make sure your plan matches your order volume! other than that good ap all around.

Be aware!! They are charging extra for SMS notifications!! They hiding those fees! Don't turn SMS notifications unless you want to pay extra!

Hi, Please note SMS charges are determined by the local carrier at your end or the location to which parcel is and these charges may vary as per the location. These charges are not included within the plan charges.
Also, you can find the sms pricing at our pricing page as well (https://www.aftership.com/pricing).

We installed AfterShip on a strong recommendation and we have not been disappointed. We're just starting out so we are only using the basic app but as our business grows we will certainly be upgrading.

This app is a MUST have! Specially if you are just starting out, the reason why is because with Aftership its so easy to keep track of customer orders, very handy and really easy to use. It takes the headache of 'how will i keep track of all the orders' away. I would highly recommend this app, download it and try it for yourself.
