Be aware!! They are charging extra for SMS notifications!! They hiding those fees! Don't turn SMS notifications unless you want to pay extra!
Hi, Please note SMS charges are determined by the local carrier at your end or the location to which parcel is and these charges may vary as per the location. These charges are not included within the plan charges.

Awesome app. Except for a tiny misstep with my second order not automatically showing on the Aftership dashboard, everything was just super. Love the simple Aftership page for tracking that I installed. Clean interface. Love their customer support too. The only thing that I didn't like at all was keying in the codes in my liquid templates. I gave up trying to install the button, although I managed just fine on my own installing the page.
I absolutely HATE tracking orders for customers.
With Aftership, the customers could just go to my website, milkmandairybar.com , and track it themselves!
It saves a lot of time and headaches!

In general a great tool but it has is weaknesses. The greatest weaknesses in my opinion and options which are missing:
- possibility to send beautiful branded email notifications....just plain text possible at the moment.
- multi language support for email and text notifications based on destination country or shopify tag
- personalized sender name for text messages like shopify offers
- option to define the time when AfterShip updates tracking information. All clients are in different time zones. It would be great to update tracking on personalized requests. I.e 7 am in the morning and 7pm at night...it would be more precise and useful for my clients. Sometimes they get out of delivery notifications at 2pm which is really late.
Just my thoughts to make it the best tool in world.
