Very fast, friendly and efficient customer service chat. Animesh was able to very quickly remove the branding on my tracking page and extended my trial period. Great support!

Do not write a review until you have actually used the service and did a test run on your site. I did a test run and order a product from my site as a customer. Well, I clicked on the app to analyze everything, and guess what.... it doesn't open. I even tried to login from the actually site and not the app... well same thing happens. Last night I emailed support. Of course its the next day and no response. There also is no number to call or a live support or chat. This is freaking ridiculous! I hate to give bad reviews, but hey Im not too happy. Uninstall asap!

bad connection. The app always get disconnected while i was trying to edit the email template. i need to refresh the page every time i need to edit something. :(

Performs excellent both on desktop browser and mobile browser.

The only thing I still want to customize is the customization of font of the tracking number and seperation of the number and button.

The app is very simple to use and can track multiple shipments with all the detail a click away. I would recommend it

so far, not easy to use App. I don't find the way to have automatic sync the tracking information but only manually update, that should be something hold back.
