AfterShip pedidos seguimiento

The customer service received through chat was great! The rep was very helpful. Although we don't get returns (offering great quality human hair)....we will also be downloading the Aftership Returns app for a smooth customer experience should there be an exchange needed in the future:)

It is working great so far - even for the Brazilian Correios - set it up as a separate page for tracking shipments on the site - all are welcome to check it out here in portuguese:

O aplicativo funciona muito bem e gera um link para acompanhamento no site e num link que pode ser enviado para cliente no email de envio do pedido. Recomendo!

Customer Service is outstanding and quick to reply.

So far I really like the app. Customers sometimes call to get status or can't find the email with the tracking number, this makes it easy to keep them informed of their delivery.
