The customization allowed is much better than some of the competitors, although the price is higher as well.

The service is excellent - and about the app so far: It's easy to start and just takes about 15-20 minutes (for me) - now I'm exited to see the app running and let customers trace their orders. Will come back with a 5 star review if that also is top.

Seems to work well. Aftership website could do with a bit more functionality to allow admin tasks. Had the problem that after importing 200 tracking details it then asked us as part of the setup to create email alerts, when you do this it then says you need to upgrade to the premium service. That is fair enough but it then doesn't send the email alerts out to customers as you had imported the ...

Very good app but customer support needs to improve. It can take you several inquiries just to get an actual response that answers your question.

Overall it's a pretty good app that can help your website gain credibility and offer better service to customers. You can get a well-designed tracking page (as opposed to the rather messy design of other tracking apps) and a track button free of charge, and also send email notifications for an affordable price of 9$ per month. Great app..worked well for me ;used for Indian domestic couriers -current 3 hours auto sync should have been for 1 hour.

This app worked really well until about 1 month ago. For no reason it decided to not track parcels and not email customers with tracking numbers.
When we needed support... all we got was a false hope promise that they were look into the problem.
We have waited over a month and have decided to move on to a more reliable app.
