Hi,
i'm pretty impressed with Aftership. It provides myself and especially customer a fast and easy way to track their purchases from my website. It has cut down on customer service questions of where is my product. Love the fact that it is my website vs taking the customer out to a complete different website. Keeps them in my eco-system.

I'm SO happy to have found this App! Your video is exactly what I have been thinking for the last six months, since i began shipping... I love the part where you address the fact that you'd much rather just let them know in the time it took them to send us an email inquiring about their shipment they could have used the Tracking Number I sent them to look it up immediately... But for some reason they need that interaction. Well, this allows me to "interact" with them before they even know what hit 'em. EXCELLENT WORK GUYS AND GIRLS!

Great little tracking app. It automatically adds the tracking numbers of your orders and you can add more manually. We use it to notify our users that they received their jewelry.
