Great App. Saves a lot of time for customers and our CS reps by getting a lot less emails regarding the status of shipments. It's on autopilot now and we love it. highly recommended for all size stores!

Overall the app is great, support is super quick and insightful! Please add a few more email integrations in the essentials plan for small business.

Really great app - it's really a requirement to have this app to run your store in order to give your customer a better experience. It also helps you build trust with them by showing a beautiful themed tracking page. A must have!

At Coffee Canopy, we use AfterShip to ensure that shipments that cannot be delivered are taken care of. It's amazing how much happier our customers are when we reach out to them letting them know their shipment couldn't be delivered instead of waiting for them to contact us.
