Very impressed with the customer service, did not expect any response at late Friday night, but got a quick one, solved the issue. Will try the free version, and will upgrade if it works well. Having confidence with this kind of customer services.

I'm very impressed due to compatibility with New Zealand Post & Courier Post there is so much modern tech in NZ but in many ways we are in the dark ages.

Your customers can have a great checkout experience, but if they don't have visibility on their shipment, they turn into 1-star review-spewing monsters.
