This app is a real time saver. Before installing it on another shop I have, I was getting buried with customer service requests for shipment tracking.. now I have 3 Shopify stores and Aftership is one of the first apps I install for each one. If you ship products, it's definitely worth it.

Ich nutze es noch nicht lange, aber ich glaube das ist die beste App fürs Tracking etc. support ist auf jeden Fall sehr hilfsbereit.

OK. Here's the thing. This app has saved us a lot of time and stress. It has also helped to give our customers some peace of mind which is crucial. So far we're loving this app. It is going to really come into it's own this Christmas season. *Update* Still getting good service from tis app. Since we started using it we have no customers get in touch with us asking where their packages are. Which is great because they are at ease since they know where there packages are.

The app no longer supports the E Packet and I have contacted their support and 7 days later, I have not yet heard back from them. I won't sign up for their pay plan if their solution does not work and they don't even care to respond to an email!

I was a little confused on setting up the app. I am so thrilled that the customer service team was so helpful. I had so many questions and they answered all of them. I highly recommend this app to better your customers experience. But I recommend this app even more because the customer support is amazing.
