I like being able to send my customers an AfterShip link, with one click they are redirected to a smart looking webpage with my store's name and logo on it. All of the information is there and easy to read. Without AfterShip my customers would be redirected to the China EMS website and have to go back and copy/paste the tracking number.

This is exactly what we were looking for. Our customers love to track their deliveries. In fact, we just had a complaint from a customer who could not track his order. Hopefully AfterShip will avoid these complaints in the future and give as an edge in customer service.
