Really great app. Lets us have all courier companies on one url under our branding. Good to keep up on the status of customer orders as well. Loving it.

I haven't utilized the app yet, but customer service is fast and reliable. I would recommend using the chat box. Update*** I have used the app, and it is very reliable. I would recommend using for your shipping communication services.

This app is really great for keeping both you and your customers updated at each step in the courier transit process. It is a very affordable value-add solution that even a new shop should invest in. Because you pay only pennies per shipment there is no reason not to implement this. We opted for the custom URL to give our customers continuity of our brand and to make it feel more like an integrated part of our store.Highly recommended for any size shop.
