Just trying it out. Let's see how it turns out and if it does what it says it does.
Couldn't ask for better customer service! Their response time is under a minute to a representative on their live chat.
One day i saw an email from my customer. he ask about when his order comes. then i had to give clear information about his order. then i start to search about how can i give better shipment details to him. then i found Aftership from shopify app store. then i did quick search about aftership to know how it can benefited my customer then i found some good information about aftership and i decide to try it.
and i install it into My store and send email to the customer with the tracking number and link of track my order page that i create by afterhsip in my store. after few hours he reply me back and he was very happy about it. i'm so happy about aftership because it helps me to satisfy my customers.
i love AfterShip, its awesome.
They helped me with a very complicated issue of courier and updating my tracking information. They were quick through live chat, and very pleasant to work with!
Here is my feedback. How many emails are you going to send me for a review. I have not even had a chance to use the app yet and now it's a nuisance with the reminder emails.

Great app. Easy to use. Support very helpful as well when I needed some answers they were quick to help.
I used this app but it didn't work well regarding some bugs when I tried to track stuff. The support team for the app is good though, but I wish I knew that before wasting money to see that I couldn't track orders that were being shipped. Is a good app but try it before paying...
