I needed help getting set up on my shopify store and Amit was really great! He helped with the "send-from" email address so my emails will be branded with my store name.

I've been using Aftership for a few weeks and there are definitely pros and cons.

Pros
The pricing for the premium package is reasonable. I definitely enjoy having notifications sent to my customers. Also, an API that allows them to track their order(s) is great.

Cons
The dashboard summary is nowhere near being accurate - the tracking page shows deliveries happening a specific day while the dashboard does not account for them on that same day. Quite often, I have to add tracking information manually - when that happens, aftership will not capture the destination which makes reporting in this area useless. Although customer service responds in about 24 hours, I usually have to find the resolution to my problem without their help - I will say that I have only contacted them a few times.

Overall, it's an average to maybe slightly below average service given that you have to pay for the important features which do not work perfectly. I admit, this is the only tracking app I've used so far. It has potential to be a great app but it's not there yet.

Quick and efficient. Agent resolved my request within minutes. I have also been testing the app on my store and it provides the accurate shipping info. I love that the app can be integrated into my store and customers can track their orders with no issues.

These guys are the best, always there to help, literally instant assistance. I couldn't be happier with the support I have received. Super easy system to use and install and probably one of the best customer service teams I have experienced across all of my Shopify apps. 1000 STARS!! Keep up the superior work. For anyone on the fence with adding this app, I would have to say do it. It looks sleek on the website and they're always so helpful. Thanks guys!

App works very quickly. The website looks very professionally and attractive.
And at least someone is covering Belgium and The Netherlands... It's not because we have a small country and speak a strange language that everybody should ignore us... :D
But keep up the good work guys! Maybe you can integrate Kiala too? They are quite representative in Europe...
