Useful app to keep my customers updated on the status of their packages from the warehouse to their door step!
Awesome app!! Exactly what i was looking for.
Easy to use, straight to the point.
Since we add the tracking page we are receiving good customer feedback.

I like the service (essential for my customers), but the customization could use some work to match brand styling better.

Started using this app recently. it has a free plan of upto 50 shipments. Go for it if you are just starting out.
Good customer service, very easy to use and saves you a lot of trouble and headaches.
I have 23 apps (yes, that's quite a bit) connected to my Shopify Store. Out of all those, this is, no doubt, in my top 3 favorites of all time. So easy to use, and they ask for so little in terms of pricing. Worth it, and it's a must when it comes to customer satisfaction!
No bad at all (for free) however it does two things that I am having issues with:
1. Syncs with US time only - I do business globally and use other country couriers so the info is delayed. My customers recieve the package before they are notified by Aftership - 16 hours BEHIND my customer time zone.
2. They hound you for a review on the app so that you cannot even use it! The banner each and every time covers my mobile devices and is extremely irritating when you quickly need to just check some info. Really annoying to remove, I am writing this review in hopes it stops.
3. Cannot edit any tracking number mistakes, must go back through Shopify.
Decent folks and not a bad app at all, just those issues - the badgering review request is the worst part to deal with.
So far, so good! I like how it sends out emails that really let the customer know what's going on...a definite plus!!
