Great intuitive app Aftership is. I've heard so much good reviews about this app I just had to install it. My store is very new under a week. But Aftership was highly recommended. I look forward to being able to utilise this app. Thanks again

Very clear information. The only issue is it sometimes marks the order as delivered if it is being returned to sender or has not been delivered to the address and it does not show all the information.

Very useful App, easy to use and full of handy features. Support has been excellent too, would highly recommend. Upgrading to Premium is entirely viable as you are only charged per customer notification/trigger and the rates are very reasonable.

So far good, the process of integrating it in the checkout is a bit unclear but over all its a good app.

AVOID - This doesn't work with AliExpress and support is useless. Standard AliExpress shipping was synced correctly but AfterShip still wouldn't show any details. Contacted support on 'live' chat and they asked a random question every 30mins until they gave up and blamed the courier. Terrible, terrible experience. Don't waste your time.

I contacted support to extend my 14 day trial period, the person was very responsive, I haven't tested the application yet but it looks pretty good, I'll be back to review it
