I have been victim of fraudulent practices from Aftership. I have been charged 29$ for an app that doesn't work. The app is linked to my store but doesn't track the packages. I have contacted the customer support and Seema didn't want to install the app for me even though I paid and i have thousands of customers every month. I asked she add me on skype to show me and she didn't want. Don't waste your time guys
So good and easy to use. Must have!
Stellar customer support. Very responsive. The app is easier to navigate than I initially thought it would be. I'm excited to add a tracking page for my customers.
It comes with great templates! And the customer support is quick to respond. Would recommend to add to your shopify!
This app is communication with my customers after shipping.
Doing a good job.

I literally just integrated this app so I haven't used it yet. I recommend asking for reviews maybe a few days - weeks after integrating it.

I chatted with Pawan today and got the help I needed in seconds! looking forward to trying aftership out on my store.
So far it has been tracking my tracking numbers and I like the customizable page that looks legit enough. For a free app, nothing to complain about so far.
I started trying Aftership after a friend recommended that I try them out! So far I have had nothing but a good experience with them!
