Tracking works smoothly and is accurate. Will recommend for small or big stores who have a lot of sales. This will eliminate a lot of wasted time looking tracking numbers.

The advanced options are the ones a person must pay for, those are what turned me on to this, and those aren't stated until you've already signed up, which I found deceptive. That loses at least twenty percent in my opinion, that marks it down a whole star. It also will not work with my Shopify. That's right, you heard me, it DOES NOT WORK WITH SHOPIFY...if you're using Shopify as a third party ...

FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD. The only reason they have 4.6 stars is that they MAKE you review when you download the app. I signed up for the "free" plan and got a BILL FOR $390!!! What!? It even says on the website there are no extra charges for the free plan!! They have not responded to me when I asked for a refund again. After ship has been a huge help in tracking packaging, making it easy to locate shipments by order number. Things are so much easier now.

Absolutely useless customer service from Ankit. They take no responsibility for their partners that plugin to their software. It's ridiculous. Awful, awful customer service and the software is pretty awful too. Can't believe it's so expensive.
