So far not a fan. Two major flaws I have noticed thus far. 1. If your order contains five products shipped from different manufacturers, they receive five emails with the same order number on them, but they have no clue which product the emails are regarding. 2. If the shipping data has Chinese text in it, the email from Aftership retains that text in the email sent to the customer. I can send emails directly from within Shopify (push) and save myself a dime a piece.

We used this AfterShip now and it is awesome! Really helps us save time and keep customers up to date so they don't complain to PayPal and get chargebacks. The service is great they helped on chat a bunch of times for me to learn the systems and solved an important item quickly.

The customer support is awesome, but it wasn't totally possible to use the app due to some 3rd party API issues.

It's a disgrace that Aftership's SSL certificate for custom domains comes at a $10/month price tag in addition to the plan's monthly cost. Especially since Let's Encrypt offers free certificates. Most of my orders are Aliexpress Standard Shipping, and it takes really long to track on aftership page. I randomly track it on other sites and it shows all the information. What's wrong with this?

J'utilise cette application pour le tracking de mes colis. J'aime car elle facilite beaucoup le processus pour informer le client de l'état de suivi de sa commande. J'ai contacté le support pour répondre à une de mes questions et le support à été très réactif.
