I completed all the steps for setting up the app and at the end I contacted support and they were a great help in assisting me. Fast, efficient, and friendly.

Very helpful to aid in the shipping of items and to help keep track of the shipments. It goes a long way to keep a customer happy.

AFTER SHIP an amazing tool to provide the absolute best in customer service.
I use it daily and would not know how to service my accounts well without AFTER SHIP.

This seams a pretty good app. I did not like the fact that they never specified pricing until I got close to the end of trial. They do have a free subscription which allows you track 50 orders but there is another plan selected by default which costs 9 USD a month or 9.99 USD a month. Overall it is a good and simple to use app. I would recommend

The customer support is awesome, but it wasn't totally possible to use the app due to some 3rd party API issues.

Most of my orders are Aliexpress Standard Shipping, and it takes really long to track on aftership page. I randomly track it on other sites and it shows all the information. What's wrong with this?
