After installing and uninstalling multiple shipping tracking apps, we've decided to give Aftership a try. So far, they have the best customer service. Varun the support representative that assisted me today, answered all my questions clearly and quickly. He provided me with articles and links that would help get started right away. On top that he was very kind and patient. I don't know why people say their customer service was terrible. That is clearly not the case from my experience so far. Thank you very much Varun for all your help!

This is a great app with amazing capabilities. The only thing is the pricing can start to get real high as your business grows. Also, the tracking page and email templates aren't as customizable as you'd think they would be. If you want more options when it comes to making the templates a part of your brand, you're going to have to buy the pro plan ($110/month) to integrate with Klaviyo. Overall, this is still an amazing app, especially for business owners that are trying to scale. A few orders from your store should easily cover the cost of their most expensive plan.

I think I have found the best tracking management app, AfterShip help me save a lot of hassle by providing the best tracking experience to my customers

So far so good. They helped me setting up the app step by step via Google meet. My store is now connected and ready.

The level of support is terrible for what the plans cost. Most of the support staff either don't understand English correctly or will not to help to solve any problems, they will just say no or link to an existing support article. Do not see the value in this app.
