We just installed this app, but it looks like it will work well with our Shopify store and ebay store. The app installed easily without any hiccups and it pulls in data from the respective stores. Currently, we are on the Free version, but I can see benefits of using the premium version. It's a great low-key way to get emails in front of your customers to keep your brand fresh. I would recommend it to others.

This is a great app as it abstracts the numerous tracking interfaces from multiple carriers into one familiar interface that stays in the store.....

The support from Michael and Andrew is fantastic. Great App, solid and stable

A MUST HAVE app......A real amazing app for tracking shipments.....you can track all your shipments at one place in real time with this app....plus the button widget is a bonus (your customers can track the delivery status......you can send email and SMS notifications!!!!!....I dont see a reason why one shouldn't have this app....Great work team AfterShip....I hope you guys come up with more such apps which helps us monitoring and managing orders.

Most of our business is wholesale, so we dont want to spend a lot managing our retail business. AfterShip is a nice add on that helps reduce post ship communications

AfterShip has immediately cut down 75% of our customers emails to our support helpdesk! The price for premium features (notifications) is very affordable. It really works! Even tracks shipping couriers in Greece where we are based!
The best addition we made to our shopify store. I don't even want to remember what we used to do to track orders before we installed AfterShip!
