Very well suited for large quantities of shipping units with different shipping service providers. Fast and competent customer service. Generally also very good for analyses of the shipments.

What a great application to integrate and provide piece of mind to your customers with easy setup. Love the fact that it has iphone app as well!

One recommendation would be the add a feature to email the customers from the app when there are exceptions directly from aftership tracking.

This app is brilliant. Been looking for an app like this for ages!
Now we can notify customers via email and SMS which has drastically reduced our customer enquiry rate.
