Delivery tracking is one of my primary customer service inquiries. AfterShip gives me a comprehensive status dashboard and, more importantly, gives my customers timely, user-friendly updates. Although there are other delivery tracking solutions, I don't think any of them are as useful or confidence-inspiring as AfterShip.

Super fast response from customer support team, really helpful. Love that I can customise the tracking page and they have an official app as well.

This is the best tracking app i have ever used. I highly recommend it. I have used it for about 2 years now and its great. Simple to use, easy to understand, the layout is clean and customer support is FAST and GREAT! A must have app for your store if your serious about ecom.

Despite having some initial issues with this app as the wrong courier was automatically identified (e.g. DPD instead of DPD UK), after some excellent customer service from Riyaz at Aftership, the tracking is now working. This is a great service as it helps customers track their order at each stage of the process which will enable us to offer a great customer service. It's very easy to use. I would recommend this app - just make sure the correct couriers are used otherwise it won't track your orders.
