Since the 2.0 upgrade, I couldn't be happier. These guys really stepped it up. I just use it for our FedEx customers and really utilize the SMS feature. Our customers are so surprised to get an SMS and really love it. This is a such a no brainier feature and well executed.
I chatted with Harshvardhan in AS support today needing assistance with the review option in the tracking page. He was extremely helpful, quick to determine my needs and provide the guidance necessary to resolve my issue.
AfterShip has allowed us to provide virtually real-time updates to our customers regarding order shipment status. Sending emails and SMS messages when packages are out for delivery seems to blow customers' minds and has earned us some awesome praise. Thanks, AfterShip team!

OMG! This works wonderfully! I used to enter each tracking number to check if my shipment was received. But now, it's all in one page for me to check! Saves me heaps of time!!! Works great with Australia Post~
