The best app for tracking which allows notifying by email each customer where the parcel is.
Only just started using the app but contacted customer support to help with setup and they were super helpful, even offered a demo call to help get me started. Early days but based on my experience, would highly recommend!

Great app to help customers track their order directly on my website. I like how everything is customizable and is very user friendly. The free plan has 50 shipments per month to be able to be tracked and that's perfect for me. I like how I don't have to pay for an extra thing because I have a few shipments a month and it's very affordable
I recently started using AfterShip Order Tracking for my business, and I must say, the experience has been wonderful. The platform is incredibly user-friendly and has significantly improved the way I manage my shipments. The real-time tracking feature is a game-changer, providing both me and my customers with up-to-date information on the status of orders.
Still the leader in tracking experiences for customers. More expensive but it works. Some issues auto-detecting Hong Kong post tracking numbers for some reason though.
So far so good. I love that AfterShip has a free plan which is perfect for new small businesses like mine that has small number of orders per month.
